The BOTH Workforce Services Partner (WSP) is enabled to augment conventional Employer Of Record (EOR) or Agent Of Record (AOR) services by a Vendor Of Record (VOR) platform, in line with the fact that BOTH’s clients are ‘vendors’ and not ‘contract employees’. As the BOTH WSP as VOR, the following is true:

  contractor is independent, fully supported with compliant vendor status
  client relationship is with WSP which outsources contractor support to BOTH
  WSP invoices client with mark-up and pays contractor
  contractor, not client or WSP, pays BOTH fee
  contractor may be compensated for BOTH fee through bill rate
