The BOTH Workforce Services Partner (WSP) is enabled to augment conventional Employer Of Record (EOR) or Agent Of Record (AOR) services by a Vendor Of Record (VOR) platform, in line with the fact that BOTH’s clients are ‘vendors’ and not ‘contract employees’.
