An employment agreement no longer is the instrument of choice to connect the supply and demand in talent, skills or competencies. Companies are seeking synchronicity between revenues and expenses. Global competition forces financial strategies that promote ‘Asset Poor, Flexible Cost Rich’ approaches which diminish the ability to offer long term security, entitlements and benefits to employees. Workforce specialization, on the other hand, fosters mobility, while professionals increasingly prefer independence from the workplace as the conduit to ‘life enablers’ such as health and retirement benefits, and are seeking more control over their own destiny. | All of the BOTH staff are highly trained professionals, and many of them have had decades of senior management and leadership responsibilities. Each staff member has been thoroughly vetted to insure the highest level of moral integrity and professional training. Each staff member must sign the BOTH Code of Conduct, which requires the highest degree of confidentiality in management of Client information. |
| Access to Client information is limited first to the On-boarding Specialist. Once the Client’s Personal Advisor is assigned, Client information access is transferred, and the On-Boarding Specialist has no further access to information. The only other person with access to Client information is the Personal Advisor’s immediate supervisor. In the event the Client’s Personal Advisor is unavailable, the Supervisor will take the call. |
| All work and/or communication originating from the Client’s BOTH Workspace is data encrypted and password protected at the highest level available. Additional log-in codes and passwords are required to reach the Client’s bank account, retirement account, and any medical information. No medical information, other than what appears on the Core Benefits Application Form, is available to any BOTH staffer. No clinical information of any sort is maintained by, or accessible to, BOTH staff members. Additionally, all of BOTH’s Expert Partners have committed to the highest level of information security and privacy. |
| BOTH has set a “Zero Defects” tolerance for maintaining Client confidentiality and data integrity. By bundling all of the Back Of The House services, and by providing a central point of contact to each Client, BOTH has created a tight level of information control, removing from the Client the concerns about having highly sensitive information spread among other disinterested service providers. |
